About Firm Data Licensing
Short answer: Firm Data Licensing helps established Canadian firms explore licensing copies of their operating records to AI developers. We explain what buyers publish, help scope out client-confidential and personal information under Canadian rules, and help firms compare options. We're not a law firm, and we publish no testimonials or results that aren't real.
What we do, how we work, and what we won't do.

What does Firm Data Licensing do?
We help firms understand, scope and compare AI data-licensing options.
Firm Data Licensing helps established firms understand what their operating records may be worth to AI developers, scope them carefully, and compare programs whose published criteria fit.
What are our principles?
- Client confidentiality first: client files, privileged material and personal information are scoped out by default.
- Not legal or accounting advice: we are not a law firm or a CPA firm. Please confirm scope with your own advisors.
- No made-up proof: we don't publish testimonials, case studies or results until they are real and the firm has agreed in writing. Examples on this site are labelled illustrative.
- Buyer figures: amounts come from each buyer's public pages, observed on the date shown. They change, so verify before relying on them. Buyer names describe their public programs only and don't imply endorsement.
